Thank you for supporting handmade items! Please review our return policy carefully before purchasing.

Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns or exchanges within [14] days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition to be eligible for a return or exchange.

• Due to hygiene reasons, earrings may be non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

• Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Damage & Care

• We are not responsible for damage caused by neglect, improper use, or normal wear and tear.

• Please handle handmade items with care and follow any provided care instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.

Refunds

• Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (excluding original shipping costs).
