How much is postage?
Kat's Creations xoxo offers 3 different postage rates.
Option 1. Standard Postage (no tracking) $5
Option 2. Tracked Standard Postage $10
Option 3. Express Postage $14

How will my parcel be sent?
All items are sent via Australia Post. At checkout, you will be given the option of choosing from Standard Postage, Tracked Postage or Express Postage. Choose your option carefully. The postage price includes the packaging of your Kat's Creation's xoxo products, post box/satchel and tracking (if that's part of your postage package).
Does my parcel come with tracking?
Depending on what option you pick for postage, your parcel will be tracked by Australia Post.
If you pick 'Standard Postage' (option 1 above), your item WILL NOT BE TRACKED. Please keep this in mind when selecting your postage option. If you pick Tracked or Express Postage (option 2 & 3) your package will be tracked.

Your package will be scanned into Australia Post and you will receive a confirmation email which will include all your tracking information. Kat's Creations xoxo WILL NOT be held liable for any lost items once in the hands of Australia Post. If you have questions about your parcel please contact Australia Post.

How long is postage and handling time?
Please allow 3-5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your order to be processed, packed and posted.
Kat's Creations xoxo will not be held responsible for the time it takes Australia Post to deliver your package (2-20 days as per the Australia Post website via the standard service). Once your parcel is posted, it is out of our control. If you choose the Express Postage option, this DOES NOT speed up the processing/handling time. This is purely the service that is offered by Australia Post in regards to the actual postage of your item.

I've written the wrong address/details. What do I do?
If you realise that you have put the wrong details in, please contact us immediately at If the parcel has already been sent out and it was returned to us, we will have to charge you to resend your item.

Please make sure that your postal information is correct, this includes ensuring your PayPal details are correct to avoid waiting longer periods and paying extra postage. It is your responsibility to make sure that the address section is filled out correctly. 

I've placed an order and I want to add to it. What can I do?
You will need to place a separate order if you wish to add to an order you have already placed. If you would like to combine the orders into one parcel send us an email so that you can avoid multiple postage charges. Failure to email us will result in paying multiple postage charges, and these charges WILL NOT not refunded.

Please note that by combing orders, this may interfere with the 5-7 working day turnaround period. Combining orders does not mean that you will qualify for FREE postage upgrades or EXPRESS postage services. To qualify for these services, you need to place 1 order, not multiples.
